Reiki is a natural Tibetan stress reduction and relaxation technique. It works by replenishing the life-force energy of the recipient, bringing the system back into balance so healing can occur. These principles are based on the belief that energy flows within the physical body through pathways known as Chakras and Meridians.
Reiki can be used to benefit any physical injury or ailments, post-operative and chronic pain and emotional issues. Because Reiki increases life-force energy, it supports emotional balance, reduces pain, increases immunity to illness, and discharges stress and anger.
Reiki is done all over the world in hospitals, clinics, holistic health centers, and private studios. Amy is a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master and a Professional Member of the Reiki Membership Association through the International Center for Reiki Training.
Raindrop Technique® combines the art of aromatherapy with light touch and Vita Flex (a Tibetan technique developed thousands of years before acupuncture.) A total of 9 oils and 2 different massage oils are used on the feet and back.
It’s a unique blending of ancient healing traditions, energetic medicine, intuitive wisdom, and pure essential oils that bring balance and harmony to the body—physically, mentally and emotionally.
This 90-minute relaxing and invigorating session with Amy works to stimulate your body and mind, aid detoxification, balance your energy, and promotes optimum physical and emotional health.
Bring your significant other or good friend and learn the basics of how to perform a Raindrop session. This class will be a combination of learning about the technique while it is being performed along with practicing the hand movements and finger strokes.
Each person will need to wear a button-down shirt as both people will be active participants in the session.

Emotional Release therapy with essential oils is a nurturing bodywork technique that uses light touch and the application of as many as 13 essential oils to help the body gently release unhealthy or unwanted emotional patterns that no longer serve you, so you can experience more peace and joy.
Using essential oils can help you access memories and allow the release of negative feelings that are causing you to feel imbalanced. This 90-minute session with Amy provides you a safe, supportive space to let these emotions surface and be felt, released and healed, if you allow them to. The choice is always yours. Please bring shorts for this session.
Work with Amy using tools to find your body type and the emotions that you wish to no longer carry. Using these tools, you will learn how to be guided to invite a healthier, positive emotion into your space, feeling it and owning this instead, in a process unique for you.
You will leave the approximate 60-minute session with small samples of the oils recommended for you and the tools to better face events that once triggered your unwanted emotional patterns. There is a packet that you will need to complete before the appointment that will be used during the appointment and some pre- appointment communication will need to take place.
The Vita Flex technique was developed by ancient Tibetans thousands of years before acupuncture. It's a rolling motion of the finger pads, tips and nails that creates a slight pressure like how an electric switch or circuit works. This pressure can create a current that goes through your body and looks for "gaps" in your energy pathways and fills them in as it finds them. Essential Oils are used in this session.
This non-invasive technique can bring back balance to the energy pathways, support healthy body systems and reduce stress and tension in the body. The customer may choose from eight different body systems work on during their session, based on the time allowed for each body system: hip/atlas, sinus, lymphatic system, ear technique (inner and auditory nerves), head & brain, respiratory system (lungs & bronchial tubes) and clearing the colon. Please arrive a few minutes early to your appointment to decide which body systems to be worked on and dress in comfortable clothes.
After a brief visit with Amy on your goals for the session, your unique session will contain a mini - combination of the services she provides at Awaken Vibrances plus the opportunity to include iTovi scanning and other services she is able to provide.
A 30 minute session can be added-on to any of Amy's other sessions for $30.
